 Angularis works primarily with international businesses and their professional advisors as they establish, expand, and maintain operations in the United States. We understand the practical challenges that arise when a business enters a new jurisdiction and provide continuity across the corporate, administrative, and compliance matters that follow. 

 Our approach is hands-on and operational. We do more than establish entities and process filings. We assist with the ongoing governance and administration of U.S. entities, coordinate multi-state registrations and compliance requirements, maintain corporate records, and help ensure that corporate actions are properly documented and implemented. 

 Corporate governance is an important part of our work. Angularis provides corporate secretarial support and, where appropriate, can serve in director, officer, or manager roles. This allows us to remain closely involved in the governance and administration of the entities we support and to provide continuity as our clients' U.S. operations develop. 

 U.S. operations frequently involve legal, tax, accounting, banking, payroll, and other specialist requirements. Angularis works with an established network of professionals and service providers and coordinates with our clients' existing advisors where appropriate. This enables us to bring together the different parties involved while remaining focused on the practical implementation and administration of the client's U.S. operations.
