The standard annual package for US entities includes being appointed the Registered Agent, settling the State Franchise fee, and submitting the Annual Report. In addition, Angularis will provide the Registers of Owners and Directors/Managers/Officers.

The annual package can be tailor-made further as per each clients’ specific situation and requirement.
