The standard annual package for US entities includes being appointed the Registered Agent, settling the State Franchise fee, and submitting the Annual Report. In addition, Angularis will provide the Registers of Owners and Directors/Managers/Officers.

The annual package can be tailor-made further as per each clients’ specific situation and requirement.

Provide international services from the BVI, Bahamas, Canada, Cayman Islands, Channel Islands, Curacao, Hong Kong, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Nevis, Singapore, Spain, St. Lucia and United Kingdom (more jurisdictions to be added).

The services would be assisting clients with ongoing operational tasks and obligations, setup of bank accounts, restructuring, actively managing the structure as corporate secretary, appointed as Director/Manager, handling of substance requirements and compliance adherence.
