Communication Policy

Effective Date: September 25, 2026

This Communications Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Angularis Global Services Inc. (“Angularis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) communicates with clients and other persons in connection with our services. It supplements, and should be read together with, the applicable Engagement and the Angularis General Terms & Conditions for Services.

1. General communication practices

Angularis communicates in the ordinary course of business by email, telephone, videoconference, mail, courier, electronic signature platforms, secure file-sharing or client portals, and other business communication methods that may be appropriate for a particular matter. Email is our primary method for routine client communications unless another method has been agreed.

We seek to communicate efficiently and appropriately in light of the nature and urgency of each matter. Unless expressly agreed in writing, no communication method or ordinary course of dealing creates a guaranteed response time or continuous monitoring obligation.

2. Client Contact Information

Clients are responsible for providing current and accurate email addresses, telephone numbers, mailing addresses, and contact persons, and for notifying Angularis promptly of changes. Delayed or failed delivery resulting from outdated or incorrect contact information may affect filings, notices, deadlines, or other services.

3. Email and electronic communications

Email and other electronic communications involve inherent risks, including delay, non-delivery, interception, unauthorized access, malware, transmission errors, and incomplete or corrupted attachments. Angularis uses reasonable business measures to protect communications but cannot guarantee the security, confidentiality, or successful delivery of electronic communications.

Clients should review communications and attachments promptly. If a communication concerns an imminent filing deadline, legal notice, government correspondence, signature request, payment requirement, or other time-sensitive matter and the Client has not received acknowledgment from Angularis, the Client should follow up promptly to confirm receipt.

4. Sensitive information

Clients should not transmit passwords, full Social Security numbers or taxpayer identification numbers, bank credentials, payment-card information, passport copies, beneficial-ownership documentation, or other highly sensitive information by ordinary email unless Angularis has requested that method or the Client has determined that email is appropriate. Angularis may request that sensitive information be provided through a secure file-sharing method or another designated channel.

5. Instructions, approvals and signatures

Angularis may rely on instructions, approvals, and documents received from email addresses or other communication channels customarily used by the Client or its authorized representatives, unless Angularis has reason to question their authenticity or authority. Angularis may request confirmation, additional verification, or an alternative form of authorization before acting on an instruction.

Where a filing, appointment, payment, transaction, or other action requires a signature or express authorization, Angularis may require a signed document, electronic signature, written approval, or other evidence of authority before proceeding.

6. Time-sensitive matters and deadlines

Clients should clearly identify communications that involve an imminent deadline or urgent matter and provide all required information, documents, approvals, signatures, and funds as early as reasonably possible. Marking an email as urgent or sending an instruction shortly before a deadline does not guarantee that Angularis can complete the requested action within the available time.

Angularis is not responsible for a missed deadline or delay caused by late, incomplete, inaccurate, or undelivered Client communications, or by circumstances outside Angularis’s reasonable control, subject to the applicable Engagement and General Terms & Conditions.

7. Telephone and videoconference communications

Telephone and videoconference communications may be used where discussion is more efficient than extended written correspondence. For significant instructions, decisions, approvals, or changes in scope, Angularis may request written confirmation before acting. Scheduled calls and meetings may take precedence over unscheduled telephone calls.

8. Documents and file sharing

Angularis may exchange documents through email, electronic signature platforms, secure links, portals, or other file-sharing methods. Clients are responsible for retaining copies of documents they wish to preserve. Access to a particular portal, shared folder, or link may be changed or discontinued after completion or termination of an Engagement.

9. Fraud prevention and payment instructions

Email fraud and payment-diversion schemes can involve altered invoices or fraudulent bank instructions. Clients should treat any unexpected change to Angularis payment instructions as potentially fraudulent and independently verify the change using a previously known telephone number or other trusted communication channel before sending funds. Angularis may likewise verify unusual or high-risk instructions received from a Client.

10. Communications with third parties

Where the scope of an Engagement permits, Angularis may communicate with government agencies, registered agents, filing services, banks, professional advisers, couriers, notaries, and other third parties as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services. Such communications do not create an advisory, agency, fiduciary, or other relationship beyond the scope expressly agreed.

11. Confidentiality and privacy

Angularis treats non-public Client information as confidential in accordance with the applicable Engagement, the General Terms & Conditions, and applicable privacy and data-protection requirements. Clients should consider the sensitivity of information before choosing a communication channel and should follow any secure-transmission instructions provided by Angularis.

12. Changes to this policy

Angularis may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in technology, communication practices, security considerations, or our services. The current version will be made available on our website. This Policy does not retroactively amend the contractual terms of an existing Engagement unless expressly agreed in writing. Questions regarding this Policy may be directed to compliance@angularis.us.
